RCP ships Lyrique clarinets for trial with a valid payment method (visa/MC/personal cheque/Paypal). Customers may test clarinets for five days from date of receipt. Extended trial times are possible on special request. Such extended trials should be arranged and agreed upon at the time the order is placed.
If on or before the end of the trial period the customer decides to return the clarinet the customer should contact RCP by phone and/or email stating as much.
If RCP is not contacted within the defined trial period the clarinet is assumed sold.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of clarinets. Returned clarinets should be in the same condition they were originally shipped. Otherwise a charge will be accessed based upon the clarinet's condition at the discretion of RCP.
The customer is responsible for insuring returned clarinets against any possible damage resulting from shipping. Charges for clarinets returned in original condition will be promptly and fully refuned, minus original shipping costs.
