From date of purchase your Lyrique clarinet carries a 5-year warranty for parts and a 1-year warranty for labor. After purchase is finalized activate your warranty by printing, filling out and returning the Lyrique warranty form. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser may not be transferred. This is the only warranty from Ridenour Clarinet Products expressed or implied and shall be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of any part(s) of the instrument found to be defective, said determination to be made soley at the discretion of Ridenour Clarinet Products. Shipping costs incurred for warranty work shall be paid by purchaser. Deterioration through normal wear and tear, prolonged exposure to harsh or extreme weather or storage conditions are excluded from this warranty. Misuse, accident, negligence, failure to have reasonable and proper maintenance performed on the instrument and unauthorized repair or alteration voids this warranty. Springs, pads, felts, and/or corks, which are all subject to normal wear and replacement, are also excluded from this warranty.
